Our villas are situated on 48.5 acres, with expansive views of the Grampians National Park. The Villas are designed to 4.5 star AAA tourism standards and 5.5 star energy rated for your absolute luxury and comfort. Each villa offers:

Please note that minimum stays may apply to long weekends, Easter and Xmas stays. Please confirm these at the time of booking. We advise booking Spa treatments at the time of booking your accommodation to avoid the disappointment of missing out.

Bookings will be confirmed with a 25% deposit of total cost. The balance is payable on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We know you'll understand that cancellations under 5 days from your stay will attract the full cost of your stay, unless that time is taken by another party; when tariffs will be refunded for the period re-booked. All cancellations attract a $50 administration fee.
